Core Responsibilities
Build modern web applications with Next.js 14/15 App Router, React Server Components, and Tailwind CSS
Design modular Node.js/NestJS REST and GraphQL APIs with PostgreSQL and Prisma
Implement real-time features using Redis Pub/Sub, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events
Maintain 95+ Core Web Vitals and ensure strict WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
4+ years of professional full-stack development experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Mastery of relational database schema design, SQL indexing, and transaction management
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines
Strong empathy for UI/UX details, typography, and micro-interactions
